Having had an excellent experience at the Janesville Boucher location previously, I expected the same level of professionalism. Instead, I faced a stressful, four-hour process that felt designed to exhaust me into a deal.

Terrible customer service and communication. I dropped my car off at 11am and received no call or updates that day. I called the following day at 12pm, 2pm and again at 4pm asking to speak with our service advisor Devin. I never received a call back after my first two attempts and on the 3rd attempt finally spoke with Devin who gave me an update that a piece needed to be ordered for our vehicle. I addressed his lack of communication with me and he stated he has been busy.

I had my car in for service and Devin (service advisor) did not know what happened with my car (within warranty) until I was checking out and saw it on the bill. I have tried to follow-up to get additional items addressed and never responds. Also, the shuttle driver spent a large portion of the 20 minute drive talking about how unreliable Hyundai and Genesis cars are.
Every step of the buying process went smoothly. Everyone was polite. We felt treated well. Great experience!

The dealer took care of my recall issue quickly and at no cost. At my request they checked out a problem with the underbody engine cover and it was taken care of at no cost. I was given an estimate of parts and labor and was informed that the work was not necessary and I could look at having the work done at some time in the future if I felt that it was a good idea.
Everyone was so patient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate Darlene and Niko so much! They took their time, worked with my financial situation and got me an amazing car!

Tired of being told the vehicle will be ready in a certain amount of time, only to have it take considerably longer. Also disappointed to learn they will not supply a loaner car to address a factory recall issue.
The service took more than twice as long as expected and advised of. Alex did keep me up to date on the delays and I appreciated that.

We brought our Hyundai Palisades to Boucher Hyundai for a seatbelt recall. The service department was professional and knowledgeable about what had to be done for the recall. The service was performed and we were notified that we can pick up our vehicle. My wife and I picked up the car and brought it home. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the rear floor mats were removed to do the repair and not put back were they belonged.
I was treated fairly. Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions. It was a quick process and I was all done with in 2 hours.

I loved the video of my car and the tech explaining everything. I didnt like that I could have taken it to the west allis dealership and paid alot less (they had coupons for many of the things I had done). Kerwin is great, id give him 10 stars but it only goes to 5. I gave 3 stars for "of waukesha" since I was told the "coupons" were builtin so i couldnt use my flyer coupons (in the past) but now I was told I could use them (of course, i tossed my coupons since i was told ... Great experience. Took good care of me and my son the day we picked up the vehicle.
My experience was horrible. Delays, no communication, kept car overnight without communicating, lying about what needed to be repaired, denying warranty claims but when I called warranty company, got it approved etc etc etc. terrible experience and will never take my vehicle there again. The biggest shock... the customer relations manager Julie specifically asked me To not fill Out Hyundai survey because 'it was the end of the month and would bring down their score too much.' This is completely inappropriate and unethical.
